 How do I place an order?

Browse our selection of products by navigating through our website.

Begin by choosing a product category in the Categories menu at the top of the screen or typing a keyword into the Search box.

Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you find a product you want to buy-> click Buy Now button to add it to your cart ]->

Click on shopping cart [checkout] ->

Login or create an account ->

Fill out order detail [Payment method &Shipping/Billing information] ->

  1. Click Submit to complete order  [ you will receive a confirmation page and e-mail subsequently].

Why Can’t I Sign Into my Account?

If you’re having trouble signing in or If you forgot your password, you can reset it, by clicking on the forgotten password link on the login page. An e-mail containing a link to create a new password will be sent to the email address with which you registered. Please check your junk mail folder in case it makes its way there.

My email is already registered, what do I do?

Can I make changes to my order?

Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse, where they're processed and shipped out. So we suggest that you contact us immediately by phone 08084934215 to update your order details.

Order verification?

All new orders are subject to Conciliandos' verification procedure. It is one of the ways that we prevent online fraud. Our verification team will contact you to verify your order details. If we need further information or if anything does not match, we will contact you by email or phone. This is why it's important that you leave your best phone number when ordering and that you keep your information current. If your order cannot be verified within 48hrs or 3 attempts, it will be cancelled automatically. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect you as well as Conciliandos.

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

Will I Receive Confirmation That My Order is Successful and on It’s Way To Me?

Yes! once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. subsequently, one of our representatives will call you to confirm your order details and delivery availability then, your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and shipped for delivery.

How can I determine my shipping fee?

Shipping fee depends on the weight of the item(s) purchased and location. This is automated on the website at the point of completing the order purchased.

My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock. Why is this?

On rare occasions, an item at our warehouse may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

We currently only ship to physical addresses within Nigeria.

Can you deliver to me outside Lagos?

Yes, we deliver products to customers anywhere in Nigeria.

Can I pick up my item(s) rather been delivered?

Yes, pick-up option is available. Kindly select pickup as your shipping option during checkout.

 Why is the shipping rate high?

If you find the shipping fees high, this is because we entrust our outside Lagos deliveries to selected shipping partners (including DHL, KOS, UPS etc.) to get your order to your doorstep anywhere in Nigeria. This is completely a separate service and the delivery cost depends on your location and the weight of your order. The fee also covers insurance of the product till it gets to you in good condition. 

Alternatively, you should consider these options:

 1. Buy more than 1 unit: You can talk to a friend or 2 about our product and the shipping cost might still be the same if you buy 2  or more units of the product. Also, click here to read about discounts.

2. Click and Pick Up:  Simply pick up from our sales office at no additional cost.

What is the estimated delivery time? When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • Lagos: usually within 24hrs of order processing. You can also choose a preferred delivery date.
  • Other States: within 3-8 days depending on your delivery location. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can trail your order till it gets to your doorsteps.
