At conciliandos.com/shop, quality is our highest priority. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for an exchange. We also understand that not every order process goes perfectly, but if things don't go as planned Conciliandos guarantees fair resolution such as replacement or refund. You may return it in its original condition with all original packing materials within 7days from the Pick-up/ Delivery date for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
We advise that you carefully inspect our order immediately upon delivery or pickup . Do not dispose the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. Kindly contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange.
Return Packages must include:
- Receipt of purchase
- All original packaging materials.
- Assigned RMA#
Also all UNOPENED/UNUSED products can be returned within 3days of product purchase/ delivery for a full product price refund.
Simply fill our Return form online and send the product back to us. Please make sure you collect your product return acknowledgement for future reference. We will process your return within 3 to 5 business days.
Also, as applicable, we follow our manufacturer’s warranties which can be provided and reviewed upon request. Where applicable, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can always contact us to help you find the right service center.
We also offer repair service through the manufacturer on selected merchandise.
Please note that Conciliandos does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Opened and used products.
- Conciliandos Items purchased more than 7days.
- Defective items after 7 days of product purchase/ delivery
- Packages missing hardware components.
- Shipping charges
You should expect to receive your refund within One week of product return confirmation; however in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper,the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it , and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
