At conciliandos.com/shop, quality is our highest priority. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. We also understand that not every order process goes perfectly, but if things don't go as planned, Conciliandos guarantees fair resolution such as replacement or refund. If you wish to return the purchased products, please read the following guidelines: 

Refund/Exchange

All products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full product price refund if :

The product is in a resalable condition with the correct packing, swing tags, and accessories intact.

Please note that we are not obliged to accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions 

We encourage you to carefully open the product packing and keep all products accessory intact for at least 7days. 

To initiate this process, kindly contact us and return the package with the original invoice to our sales office. Upon receipt, we will verify the product refund eligibility and process a refund  within 48hours. Please note that this time period includes  the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Free 7 Days Return

All defective products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.  If your product covered by this return policy fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace or repair it without charge. Kindly contact us to initiate the return process.  We will process your return within 48hours.

NB:

• This policy does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
  
• The policy does not cover products opened by authorized personnel without permission.
  
• Damage not covered under this policy may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
• We do not offer a replacement for defective items after 7 days of product purchase/ delivery.
  

Warranty

After 7 days of delivery or pickup, you can also take advantage of our manufacturer’s warranty policy ranging from 3 months - 1 year depending on the purchased product. Please contact us to help you find the right service center. You can also contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims and repairs with the original receipt.
